Please note that you will be responsible for arranging the shipment and providing your own shipping label for the return. We kindly request that you take care in packaging the item appropriately to ensure it reaches us in the same condition you received it.

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund accordingly. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

For customers within the European Union, please note that you have a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason without justification. The item must still meet the criteria of being unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase when initiating the return.
