No flaws will be present, as you will receive them in the exact same condition as they were sent. JBK DELUXE uses secure packaging to make sure your product/s arrive safe, however some instances can occur where the parcel bag or box may become slightly torn during transit.

Every item sold on JBK DELUXE has been processed and carefully verified by our specialist authenticators to ensure your product is 100% authentic.

JBK DELUXE supply a large majority of our stock directly from retailers. If demand exceeds expectation, we work with our close team of trusted individual suppliers who supply the requested stock. 

Your order will be shipped with secure packaging to ensure your order arrives in the same condition it leaves our stock room. You will also receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped.

JBK DELUXE dispatches all packages from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail's service.

JBK DELUXE always aims to get your order to you within 1-3 working days, however during busier periods it could be 4-5 working days from the time of order.

If you are not based in the UK, the following postage timeframes apply:

Europe & Rest of the World: 10-15 working days.

JBK DELUXE offers a 14 day return service from the day the customer physically receives the product. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you will be eligible for a full refund or an exchange depending on your preference.
